Joni Faber, Chiropractic Assistant

Joni has been at ChiroSport since April 2008. Joni’s educational background includes being a graduate of the University of Sioux Falls. She graduated with a Bachelor’s of Science degree in Exercise Science. Joni has received her Chiropractic Assistant and Chiropractic Radiology technician certifications since starting at ChiroSport. She enjoys the patients she has been blessed to work with and being part of such a great team of healthcare professionals.
Joni and her husband Shannon, have four children Breanna, Brayden, Ayla, and Aspen. Some of her favorite things include; spending time with her family, being active, and watching her kids participate in activities they love.
Brittany Drey, Chiropractic Assistant

Brittany was born and raised on the east side of Sioux Falls, SD.
She attended O’Gorman High School and graduated in 2008. After high school, Brittany went to Augustana College where she majored in athletic training and played softball for the Vikings. She graduated and received her athletic training license and certification in 2012.
Brittany joined the ChiroSport team in the fall of 2013. She enjoys the upbeat environment that the staff and the patients provide. Brittany still lives in Sioux Falls with her husband, Justin and 3 kids. She loves to spend time with her family and sisters. She also enjoys being outside and active no matter what season it is.
McKynze Kubly, Chiropractic Assistant

Mckynze is a proud South Dakota native raised in Dell Rapids, SD. After graduating from O’Gorman High School in 2016, she went on to play softball and earn her degree in Exercise Science from Buena Vista University in 2021. These days, she’s newly married, living life with her husband and two quirky cats. Whether she’s crafting something cool, playing a game of softball, or soaking up the outdoors, Mckynze brings energy and heart to everything she does. Mckynze joined ChiroSport in June of 2021.
Heather Thompson, Chiropractic Assistant
Heather graduated from Washington High School in 2011 and continued her education at Wichita State University in Wichita, Kansas on a bowling scholarship. Heather was part of the nationally ranked bowling team and majored in Exercise Science. In 2015 she graduated from WSU with a Bachelors of Science degree.
Since graduating Heather has received her CPR and Chiropractic Assistant certificate. Heather has been part of ChiroSport since October 2017 and loves the atmosphere and interacting with patients on a day to day basis. Heather and her husband Jordan have two children. A daughter named Camrie and a son named Colter. They also have 2 dogs named Tut (Lab) and Layla (half corgi/half lab) and a cat that is an orange tabby named TJ. Heather loves to travel, spend time with her family, watch her daughter participate in her sports and bowling.
Reagan Burchill, Chiropractic Assistant
Reagan is originally from Brandon, South Dakota, and graduated from Brandon Valley High School. She went on to earn her Bachelor of Science degree in Biology with a specialization in Human Dynamics from the University of South Dakota, where she also minored in Psychology and Neuroscience.
Reagan is passionate about whole-person care and enjoys building meaningful connections with patients. She joined the team at ChiroSport in 2025 and is thankful to work alongside a supportive and purpose-driven group of professionals. Outside of work, Reagan enjoys weightlifting, baking sourdough, and spending time with her husband, Seth. Her favorite weekends are spent camping and relaxing with family.
