We keep first visits comfortable and simple. Wear whatever makes you feel at ease; if extra privacy is needed, we provide gowns and shorts. Please bring your ID and insurance card. If you prefer, our new patient paperwork is available on our website—fill it out in advance or arrive 15 minutes early to complete together. If you’re coming for your first appointment, just relax—our team will walk you through all the details. When you arrive, we will review your goals and design a personalized visit plan.

What to Expect on Your First Visit

Our friendly front desk team will greet you and confirm your insurance, answering questions so there are no surprises. After finishing the paperwork, you’ll meet Dr. McDaniel or an assistant to discuss your health history, current concerns, and goals. Once we complete your exam, we’ll review our findings and collaborate on your care plan. Most patients begin their first session right away—no waiting or rescheduling needed.

Navigating Insurance & Payment

Our practice accepts most major insurance plans—including Medicare, Medicaid (with some exceptions), worker’s comp, and auto accident claims. We’re happy to verify your benefits before your appointment. You can pay with any major credit card or Health Savings Account. Copays are due at the time of service, and we’ll do our best to give you an estimate of your responsibility up front. Please note, we do not offer extended payment plans or discounts at this time.

Absolutely! Patients under 18 are welcome to see our doctors and benefit from chiropractic care. A parent or guardian just needs to accompany them, complete the paperwork, and provide their consent. Our team strives to ensure children feel comfortable and informed throughout their visit, making it as positive as possible.
